Room prices

All prices are per room and per night including breakfast. Where a room accommodates 2 persons (double room) or 1 person (single room) € 3.30 visitor’s tax is added per person and per night. The prices apply outside trade fair times. We would point out that according to § 312g para.(2) No.9 BGB (German Civil Code) that on conclusion of the contract there is no right to revocation and the contract is binding.

Extra bed

We charge € 40.00 per night including breakfast for an extra bed.

We do not permit pets in our hotel. Thank you for your understanding.

Parking

There is a free car park right by the hotel for the cars of our guests.

Check-In & Check-Out

You can arrive from 12.00 noon onwards. We request that you inform us if you are going to arrive after 6.00 p.m. In order that all the rooms can be prepared in good time, we request that you check out by 10.30 a.m. on the day of departure.

Cancellation conditions & right of revocation

Should you cancel your journey, depart early or not appear, we will charge the following cancellation costs:

• With regard to an early departure, the price per cancelled night with a reduction of 20 %
• On conclusion of the contract, there is no right of revocation according to § 312g para.(2) No. 9 BGB (German Civil Code).

Details

We would point out that the guest, regardless of the type of booking, has no general cost-free right of withdrawal or revocation with regard to the concluded contract for accommodation. In the case of a cancellation or other non-utilisation of the booked services the hotel’s claim for payment for the agreed accommodation price remains. The hotel will make every effort in good faith to hire out the service to another party. If this is unsuccessful or only partly successful, we will charge the cancellation costs mentioned. In accordance with the recommendations of the Deutscher Hotel und Gaststättenverband (German association of hotels and inns), conditions of accommodation and jurisdiction, we will in the event of cancellation, non-appearance or early departure charge the following cancellation costs. The agreed costs for the stay minus saved expenditure as follows: Per overnight stay with breakfast -20% The guest is entitled to prove that the hotel has made greater savings in expenditure than charged. We therefore recommend taking out a travel insurance policy. For technical reasons, the cancellation should be directed to the booking department and – in the interests of the guest – should be in writing.
